This coffee is a snapshot of place — grown at 1,700 masl on Finca Motta, where Jefferson Adrián Motta has turned a dream into reality. Coming from a humble background in Huila’s coffee region, Jefferson has transformed his farm into a symbol of sustainability and innovation, crafting distinctive, fermentation-forward coffees.
This Pink Bourbon is part of his Tropicalia profile: a natural process with dual fermentation — first in cherry, then after pulping — and enhanced with yeast to boost flavor absorption. The result is a wild, juicy, and structured cup bursting with tropical clarity.
We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect sweet watermelon, grenadine, and white tea, with a crisp finish reminiscent of watermelon rind.
