This funky cafe comes from the famous Finca Monteblanco, nestled at 1730 meters above sea level on the heights of Pitalito.
Under the visionary direction of producer Rodrigo Sanchez, this micro-farm has become a true innovation laboratory, recognized worldwide for its innovative fermentation processes.
For this batch, coffee cherries are fermented with red fruit nectar and specific yeasts to enhance the aromatic complexity.
The result in the cup is full of greed, revealing intense notes of strawberry and blueberry, wrapped in a creamy texture reminiscent of yogurt, for a sweet and incredibly fruity finish that pushes the limits of the Colombian terroir.
