Nestled in the green valleys of Bolinda, at the gates of Caranavi, Finca Las Alasitas was founded in 2014 by the Rodríguez family as part of their Agricafe project. This 20-hectare farm, 16 of which are dedicated to coffee, is located about 1,642 metres above sea level.

Thanks to its cool climate, mild days and cold nights, the ripening of cherries is slow, favouring the development of sugars and complexity in cups.

Las Alasitas perfectly illustrates the vision of the Rodríguez family: to create a sustainable and high-quality culture model, capable of inspiring and supporting Bolivian producers.

This Geisha, produced on the farm, offers a soft and slightly fruity cup. We find the freshness of grapefruit, supported by notes of dried fruit, before ending on a sweetness reminiscent of cane sugar.
