At the heart of the Elto Coffee project, fermentation plays a real lever for the expression of the terroir.

For our RF8 Natural batch, the cherries ferment naturally in airtight bags submerged in a river, before slow drying to preserve the aromatic richness developed during the process.

In a cup, coffee gives a feeling of sweetness. The cherry brings a fruity and bright sweetness; quickly followed by the dried rose, the cup takes on a floral, delicate and fragrant dimension. Finally, bubblegum prolongs the sweetness in gluttony, or even towards confectionery. A bright, surprising and balanced coffee.
