In the mouth, you can feel the light and sweet aroma of sugar cane; the sweetness of cane sugar in the middle part emerges, intertwined with the fragrance of white flowers, merging into a sweet flavor like red grapes; as the temperature gradually decreases, more berries slowly unfold in the mouth.
Finca Lerida Manor in Panama (Finca Lerida) was founded in 1922 and is located in the Poquit Specialty Area, at an altitude of 1200–1800 meters. The founder is Tolev Monish, a Norwegian engineer. The manor used to be the royal coffee production site of the British and Japanese royal families, and the syphon processing system he invented had a far-reaching impact.
Michela Estate is the core micro-production area in the estate, which is managed in a sustainable way. The coffee flavor is clean and balanced, and the washing treatment is especially classic.
Lelida Manor has repeatedly entered the top ten in the Best Panama (BOP) competition and won the SCAA championship. The Michela plot reflects the manor's pursuit of fine expression of soil, which is an ideal choice for exploring the flavor of Poquet.
