Las Perlitas represents a lot of small farmers (lots) from different coffee regions in Colombia. Behind this Chiroso lot there is a lot of small farmers focusing on producing hing quality coffee cherries and new varietals at the same time.  This coffee offers a lot of complexity, when you grind it a bit to fine, there is strong orange/lemon peel note. Grinding coffee coarser allows coffee to develop  sweet citrus notes and a floral/spice finish in the aftertaste.
