This exceptional lot signed Alo Coffee has benefitted from remarkable precision work. Perfectly ripe cherries are selected by hand and then placed in airtight tanks with must for 96-hour anaerobic fermentation. This slow and meticulous process reveals a unique aromatic complexity.

An intensely fruity cup, dominated by notes of raspberry, tropical fruits and a floral of dried jasmine flower. A bold, complex and perfectly balanced coffee.
