Produced by Eliyas Dukamo & Atiklit Dejene under the Alo Coffee label, this lot comes from plots located at 2,200 metres above sea level.

The cherries, harvested at perfect maturity, undergo a natural anaerobic fermentation of 72 hours in airtight tanks, before slow drying on African beds.

In a cup, the coffee reveals a bright and juicy acidity carried by tangerine and carambole, followed by a delicate florality of strawberry flower and a zesty and luminous finish of pomelo.
