Thanks to his expertise and knowledge in fermentation, he offers us again a cup with his fruity signature. A real tropical favourite signed El Diviso.

After a 48-hour open-air oxidation phase, the cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation for 38 hours before undergoing a thermal shock at 50°C to fix the aromas.

In the cup, we find a tropical intensity with notes of pineapple, strawberry and mango jam, for a fruity and vibrant experience.
