Sourced through our homies over at Raw Material - This one stood out on the cupping table and we knew we had to have it.
This particular coffee is from Gitsimbwe, Gakenke District grown between 1650 - 2000 MASL.
Perfect example of a Naturally processed Red bourbon. It's SWEEET, clean and super balanced. Just the way we like it 🤙

In the brew I'm getting sweet oh so sweet pineapple, dried mango and a little zest of citrusy peel.
