A familiar name to those who frequent Friedhats, this is the washed counterpart to the Bookkisa natural we stocked recently. Sometimes there’s not much more to say beyond “this coffee is everything you want a good washed Ethiopia to be.” Bright and refreshing, Sookoo continues to produce absolutely excellent coffees year after year, and this is no exception. Ok cool, but what is de smaak? You can expect notes of Lemon curd, Apricot and Brown sugar.
