Another coffee from young and talented Nestor Lasso from Colombia. Compared to Ombligon (the second coffee from the same farmer) this coffee is more gentle and not so processed. Classic profiles of Colombian naturally processed coffee with notes of white chocolate and cherry fruitiness. Perfect for juicy filter and summer cold brew. Probably one of most suitable coffees for cold brew in the last few years.
