This gorgeous pink bourbon is yet another stand out coffee from farmer Blanca Lopez Tibatá's farm Los Cachimbos. Bursting with clean red apple, plum, and maple syrup, we are simply in love. This special coffee hails from the same farm that brought us the delicious Soulfire bourbon ají and Bombonal sidra.

This is a classic, straight-ahead washed coffee. Packaged in 200 grams. 

For three generations Mrs. Blanca Lopez Tibatá's family has tended to and grown their land into a model for sustainable farming and biodiversity. Their commitment to innovation and quality has proven successful, as the farms have more then tripled in size, with the caliber of coffee increasing as well. In addition to the many varieties of coffee, the team oversees a diverse range of fruit trees on their property. 

Only ripe cherries were harvested. After floating to remove defects, the cherries were depulped and fermented for 28 hours. Then they're washed and dried in a greenhouse for 18 - 22 days.
