Kevote AA - Kenya, Prodigal | 250g

This is our second Kenyan release of the season, Kevote AA. This coffee features soft and clean flavors of white peach and perky citrus, and even a bit of winey elegance.

Founded over six decades ago, Kevote wet mill is a pillar in Kenyan coffee production. Located on the southern slopes of Mount Kenya, northeast of Nairobi, the co-op includes over 4000 active farmers and three processing facilities. Special thanks to Vava Angwenyi for this coffee.

The coffee cherries were picked and sorted for optimal ripeness before being de-pulped. They were washed with clean river water and dried in the sun before being delivered to the dry mill. Used water is filtered before disposal.
