BANANA BREAD, CANDIED APPLE & BROWN SUGAR
This coffee has quite some history with our roast team, with our Head Roaster using this 6 years ago in the UK Barista Championships. Thankfully, after a few more years and experience, this coffee is back in our hands. This coffee is made up of 5 farmers’ yields from the harvest, each being slightly too small to sell individually, but all with excellent flavour potential. Each farmer owns their own Micro-beneficio where they process their lots before being brought together. Each lot is chosen based on cup score, flavour profile and moisture content, ensuring a consistent and incredibly tasty final product.
